Benefits: practice focus and respect, develop coordination and build confidence through learning with others.
Fundamentals.
Adults · Beginners welcome
Start with the principles that make the rest of Jiu‑Jitsu easier to understand. Fundamentals introduces core movements, positions and escapes through a structured curriculum. You do not need previous experience. It is also a place to return to the basics and make them more reliable as you keep training.

Benefits: understand essential techniques, develop body awareness and build a consistent training routine with a team.
For younger students moving into adult classes, confirm age eligibility and placement with the team.
Advanced.
Adults · Beyond the fundamentals
Once the basics begin to make sense, the next step is learning how to connect them. Advanced training builds on that foundation with more detailed technique, transitions and strategy. Students work toward making better decisions during practice and developing a style that reflects how they move and train.

Benefits: refine timing and transitions, practice strategic thinking and make more deliberate technical decisions on the mat.
Black Belt program.
Adults · Experienced students
There is always something to refine: the details of a position, the timing of a transition or the way you connect techniques. This program focuses on continued development toward black belt-level practice. It gives experienced students a direction for deepening their understanding of the art over time.

Benefits: develop technical precision, deepen your understanding of Jiu‑Jitsu principles and sustain purposeful, long-term practice.
Speak with the team about placement and current class options. The adult timetable does not list a separate Black Belt class.
